I recently had a business trip and stayed here – such a great spot! The location is super convenient, right across from a P Mart and near the buzzing night market. My room was spacious and comfy, plus they have a nice little gym and a sauna to unwind after a busy day. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making my stay even better!

My room faced the main road, so it got a bit noisy at night. the pillows were way too soft for my liking and didn't provide much neck support. The check-in process was a bit odd too, as it involved using a machine instead of chatting with the front desk staff. it was a pleasant stay, but a few tweaks would make it perfect!

The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walk to the famous Feng Chia night market where you can find plenty of food options. It's also close to different tourist attractions in the city, making it easy to explore the area. the rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. the staff is helpful and friendly, giving great recommendations for local restaurants. the breakfast is delicious, with both Chinese and western options.

The soundproofing of the walls could be better, as noise from neighboring rooms can sometimes be heard.

During our New Year stay, we had a pleasant experience. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, offering a variety of Taiwanese and Western options. the gym, sauna and spa facilities were a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. The hotel's central location was the best aspect, situated close to the famous Fengjia Night Market and a convenient Carefour shopping center.

There were a few aspects that left us disappointed. The blanket provided in the room was not wide enough for two people to share comfortably.

The housekeeping team kept the room immaculate, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The hotel also offered free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a dining area, adding to the overall convenience and comfort of our stay.
